We now deliver every morning ( Mon - Fri  except Bank Holidays) to the Trading Estates around Heritage Way and Gosport Business Centre.  If you would like to place an order for delivery this morning, please phone  07899 903 500 or you can email your order to us on soupafresh@soupafresh.co.uk or you can order online using our online order form.

Our soups, wraps, salads, juices, smoothies, fruit salads, fruit sundaes and rolls and sandwiches are prepared from fresh produce.

Soup

Our soups are hand made in our shop and contain only natural ingredients. We do not add any additives, preservatives, colouring or E numbers. You can taste the difference - So our customers tell us. We also supply a complimentary bread roll (crusty white, wholemeal or granary) and butter.....YUMMY!! Our juices are squeezed in front of you from fruit and vegetables prepared each day. We have a wide range of produce for you to choose from, limited only by our local suppliers and the seasons. You can mix a number of fruit and vegetables to your own taste or experimentation......DELICIOUS!! Smoothie_image17kOur smoothies are crushed in front of you from fruit and vegetables prepared each day, as well. Our range is the same as for our juices except we also include banana or pear. Then we add your choice of milk (full cream, semi-skimmed or soy for those who are lactose intolerant), low-fat, creamy yoghurt and a drizzle of honey to taste.....MAGNIFICENT!!
